Use a clear original file
A crisp logo or high-quality image gives us a better starting point than a screenshot from social media. Don’t enlarge a tiny file just to make it look bigger.
Keep small details readable
Fine lettering and intricate details can become hard to see on apparel, especially on a small chest logo or cap.
Think about the garment color
Your design should stand out against the shirt or cap. If you’re unsure, tell us your preferred colors and we’ll help compare them.
Leave space around the design
Artwork needs to suit the available area without crowding seams, pockets or closures. Placement is reviewed for the chosen garment.

Printed graphics can suit detailed, colorful artwork. Embroidery can give compatible polos and caps a classic branded finish. We’ll recommend suitable options based on your design, garment and quantity.

When will you confirm delivery?
Once the garment, artwork and order details are known. Tell us your event date before placing the order so we can check a realistic schedule.
Can I use any image I find online?
Use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. If you’re unsure about a logo or image, confirm permission before requesting it on apparel.
