US MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
A practical planning window.
For many standard printed US-fulfilled products, allow approximately 5–13 business days to arrive after the order is approved for production. This is a general planning estimate, not a promised delivery date.
The window combines typical production of 2–7 business days, domestic standard transit of 2–5 business days and one extra business day of planning allowance. Artwork preparation and approval happen before this window. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
PRODUCT & PROVIDER DIFFERENCES
Confirm the schedule for your actual order.
Garment availability, decoration method, quantity, destination and the selected production partner can change timing. Embroidery, patch hats, drinkware, outerwear and mixed-product projects require a product-specific check rather than assuming a T-shirt schedule applies.
An order with several products may arrive in separate packages. A label being created does not always mean the carrier has received the parcel. Tracking is available after dispatch.

Can you meet a firm event date?
Include the arrival date, shipping ZIP code, quantities and artwork status in your quote request. We check the actual product and production schedule before confirming a plan.
Does faster shipping speed up production?
A shipping upgrade usually changes transit, not the time needed to make the product. We only offer a faster option when it is available for the specific order.
When does the production estimate begin?
After the final artwork and order details are approved and the order is released for production. Time spent preparing or revising artwork is separate.
Can I collect locally?
Ask in your quote request. Our online made-to-order products may ship directly from production partners; do not assume local pickup is included.
